PLS started with hard work, determination, and one pickup truck — powered by a simple belief that exteriors deserve real craftsmanship, not shortcuts.
A few years in, neighbors kept calling about the same problems: hidden leaks, failing stucco, water finding its way into places it didn't belong. So we got obsessed with the building envelope. That specialty — stopping water before it becomes structural damage — became the backbone of everything we do.
As the residential reputation grew, HOAs, retail centers, and property managers started calling us to hold their commercial properties to the same standard. Today we serve nine Southeast Texas cities across both residential and commercial work — still family owned, still obsessing over the details nobody sees.
